PLANNING OF MAIN BUSINESS PROCESSES AT COMPANIES PROVIDING CADASTRAL SERVICES

Background. The relevance of the topic is related to the organization of companies providing cadastral services, based on the process approach.
Materials and methods. The work identifies main business processes of a company specializing in cadastral services. These processes are planned using an integrated methodology: BPMN notation.
Results. The work describes main areas of the company’s activity, business process groups in each are, business process planning for each group in BPMN notation, as well as partially established the rules of execution of these processes.
Conclusions. The planning of business processes of a company providing cadastral services makes it possible to identify the areas of responsibility of individual process participants, to clarify or create job descriptions for the company's personnel, to move to the next level of the life cycle of the company's business architecture: business process management.
